Day 1
Arrival: You will meet and greet with one of our office representatives at Airport or and he will drive to the Lodge/Hotel where your safari start and stays with bed & breakfast. Afterwards, head to the hotel rest for a while during evening, then head to Forodhani Park for the sea food meal
Day 2:
Explore Stone Town on Foot& Jozani Forest Morning after breakfast you will be guided to stone town tour while where you will have time for shopping, Often referred to as (Mji Mkongwe)—the Swahili word for old tone—Stone Town is the oldest part of Zanzibar and home to some of the island’s most historic sites. Wander the narrow streets lined with pastel-colored mosques and old-school structures that showcase Persian, Indian and European influences. Sample tangy tamarind juice from one of the local vendors serving cold glasses from street carts before getting lost in the maze of cobble streets too tiny for cars to pass through. After lunch, continue by spending the day exploring some of Zanzibar’s most historic sites and venture into the birthplace of princess Salme. Follow in the footsteps of her royal Arabian family while visiting what remains of the Persian baths, courtyard and botanical gardens in this ruined wonder. After tour you will be taken to Jozani forest for red monkeys and mangrove tour which last for two hours
Day 3:
Tour the Spice Island& Prison Island Morning after breakfast head for Spice tour. Zanzibar is known for its spices, so no trip to this East African island is complete without embarking on one of the famous spice tours. Take a guided journey to some of the famous plantations that produce cloves, henna, rose apples, guava, cinnamon and vanilla. Learn about the medicinal purposes of potent herbs and how the history of the spice trade influenced the development of modern Zanzibar. Take in rural scenery while talking to local farmers and sample a traditional home-cooked meal as part what will likely be a memorable part of any visit to Zanzibar.
After a special visit, you will head to prison island which It hardly takes half an hour driving by motorized boat to reach the wonderful west based historic island. The significance of the island, With its fantastic white sandy beach and spectacular natural forest teeming with variety of birds and small animals such peacocks and giant tortoise etc., the island is very famous for its richness in water based natural attractions hence it is among the best site for diving and snorkeling as well.
Day 4:
Safari blue Safari Blue is a full day trip and includes use of top quality snorkelling equipment with guides and instructors. We leave from your hotel at 08: 30am to Fumba village south West of Zanzibar about 26 km; the trip takes 39 min. On arrival to Fumba clients are given a brief on Safari Blue and a life jackets demo. Then we board the dhow and set off to explore the Menai bay Followed
by around 2-3 hours off shore looking for dolphins at peak hour and the same longish ride back. This can seem like a lot of traveling for little reward. If you are a dolphin fanatic it is probably worth it for the experience. Most tourists get to see quite a few dolphins but the chances are never 100%.
Late in the morning we drop anchor by a sand bank where we set up sunshades and fit our clients with snorkelling equipment’s. Our guides will safely lead the snorkelling session and show points of interests, accompany our clients. We return to Fumba by sail as the sun begins to set, arriving back in Fumba at around 5:30pm then drive back to your hotel
Day 5:
Departure On your last day, enjoy the rest of your stay by relaxing in the pool or in the beach while taking in as much sunshine as you can. In the afternoon, we will take you to the airport for your departure.
